Steeper Group Intention to Add Espire Elbow Range to Upper Limb Prosthetics Portfolio
Steeper Group has been in discussion with Össur and College Park Industries since August last year to acquire the Espire Elbow upper limb prosthesis range.
Following approval by the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) today, Steeper Group, College Park Industries and
Össur have agreed to the principals of the transfer.
Given the unprecedented global uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, all parties have agreed to remain flexible on the closing date to the transfer with the intent to conclude within the next 3 months.
